At Ridgeline Recovery, our Vivitrol Clinic offers medical support for individuals working to overcome opioid or alcohol dependency. Vivitrol (naltrexone) is a once-monthly, non-addictive injection that helps block the effects of opioids and reduces alcohol cravings. As part of a broader treatment plan, it provides added protection during early recovery while clients build lasting coping strategies through therapy and support.
Programs We Offer
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
A structured, intensive daytime program offering medical support, therapy, and skill-building — ideal for clients who need more than outpatient care but don’t require overnight stays.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Flexible and effective care designed for individuals balancing recovery with work, school, or family responsibilities. Includes group sessions, one-on-one therapy, and relapse prevention planning.
Outpatient Program (OP)
For individuals in later stages of recovery or those needing continued support. Offers therapy, clinical check-ins, and guidance while promoting personal independence.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
For clients who qualify, MAT may be integrated into their care plan to support stability and reduce cravings. Our team carefully evaluates each case to determine if MAT is the right fit, offering:

Ridgeline recovery is the real deal. If you are looking to be healed and whole this is the place to do it. They don’t use a traditional 12 Step program which is what I love about it the most. It’s more realistic and relatable. Their staff is friendly and provides me with groceries and so many community resources to help with every area of need in my life. As well several different staff members have followed up with me regularly to check my progress and see if there was anything I needed help with. The teachers and owners are personable, fun and make me laugh. The empowerment sessions leave me motivated with the tools to move to the next level..out of recovery and into success. I’m so thankful for this program and its staff. Also they take Medicaid. I never thought I would want to attend 3 sessions a week but once I took one class I wanted to be involved and was genuinely engaged in taking more classes. Thank you Ridgeline!
