Andy Danec, Clinic Director at Ridgeline Recovery, said, “Changing the direction of one’s life and career to pursue what truly matters is challenging, but it is incredibly rewarding. I am on a mission to radically change as many lives as possible.”
A Rewarding Experience
To me working with the young people we work with is rewarding. I get to experience these young people learn skills that will help them break generational trauma and learn how to cope in difficult situations. Seeing the progress so many have already made makes the job rewarding. Watching the kids learn how to walk away from situations and thinking about their response has been one of the biggest responses we have seen. Even if they chose to respond in a negative manner, just watching that pause before responding lets me know what we are doing, is in fact working.

Andy Danec brings years of leadership experience in behavioral health to his role as Clinic Director at Ridgeline Recovery. His focus is on fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and personalized care. With a passion for helping individuals find lasting recovery, Andy ensures each treatment plan is designed to meet the unique needs of every client. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities and family time, staying connected to the values of health and well-being he promotes in his professional life.

Ridgeline recovery is the real deal. If you are looking to be healed and whole this is the place to do it. They don’t use a traditional 12 Step program which is what I love about it the most. It’s more realistic and relatable. Their staff is friendly and provides me with groceries and so many community resources to help with every area of need in my life. As well several different staff members have followed up with me regularly to check my progress and see if there was anything I needed help with. The teachers and owners are personable, fun and make me laugh. The empowerment sessions leave me motivated with the tools to move to the next level..out of recovery and into success. I’m so thankful for this program and its staff. Also they take Medicaid. I never thought I would want to attend 3 sessions a week but once I took one class I wanted to be involved and was genuinely engaged in taking more classes. Thank you Ridgeline!
